Mundo Hot Springs in Idaho Grand Opening Sept. 22nd

It is not often that a new hot springs comes back on the grid in Idaho. Usually, it is the other way around. But not this time! Mundo Hot Springs AKA Weiser River Trail and Hostel (and RV park) is opening their hot springs pool to the public on September 22nd.
Mundo Hot Springs is located 3 miles north of Cambridge, Idaho (see map below) and is about a 2 hour drive from Boise.

I have to admit, I’m really looking forward to a visit, the newly constructed pool sounds like a great soak.

I am so impressed with you hot springs guy. You found us here at Mundo before I found you!! Thanks for the good comments. We are looking forward to seeing you all here. The Bistro is doing really well too. All freshly cook, baked goodies and meals.
Thanks for the great information. I’m always looking for new hot soak trips, usually via motorcycle.
The lodge is now open for business and everyone is loving it. It is 2 bedroom 2 bath with a large fully functioning kitchen, stocked with pot, pans, dishes and cook books. The living room looks out to the pool and you may soak at night. There are 2 hide-a-beds in the living room to sleep a total of 8 in beds and we have had kids on the floor in sleeping bags. It rents for $200. a night or $75.00 for the smaller bedroom, full bed or $100. for the large bedroom with queen bed and day bed and a garden tub in the bath. There is a large dinning area. It is great for getting family’s together.
I am thinking this will be our destination for our 2013 shake down trip in our camper!
